It's pretty self-explanatory...but here is what I put together:
2 cups watermelon cubes
1/2 sliced avocado
1 cup yellow pear tomatoes
Sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese, garnish with Asian micro greens, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar (optional).
Light. Nutritious. Delicious. Enjoy!!
